My car was towed in for a fuel pump. The day after I picked it up it would not start again. The car was towed in and it was discovered that the reason it would not start was not related. I was not charged for the tow back in. Service was great.

Even when parts didn't show up on time, The employees at Busted Knuckle Garage were very friendly and worked overtime to get my car fixed as soon as possible. As a mom with a kid, they understood my urgency and gave me a loaner car for the day!!!! They actually care about their customers; I'm not just a number or money.

Fast, efficient service with no nonsense or run around. Nate and the crew always treated me fairly and didn't try to upsell or add on unnecessary work during my annual inspection, but also took the time to explain everything I would need to have done in the near future.

Overdue inspection, got me in quickly, notified me of things needing attention with good estimates for additional work, went with some of what was recommended and was completed timely and at a reasonable cost.

I am experienced in the automotive industry, and I feel the service I received was well above par. I am very happy with their service.

I visited the guys at Busted Knuckle today to try and diagnose a rattling noise I have been dealing with for some time now. They found the problem within 20 minutes. Nate, Steven and crew are extremely knowledgeable in what they do. They took the time to explain what they found, and I know nothing about vehicles. But I left knowing exactly what was wrong, and I can now address the problem that is under warranty. You guys rock! Should I need to, I'll be a return customer for sure.

Nate is a great auto mechanic. We started working with him a few years ago when our car needed a tow and we've been going back to his shop ever since. Easy going, honest and doesn't price gouge--he'll even go out of his way to reduce your bill so long as it's not a detriment to your car. We will be sticking with Busted Knuckle since we know they are reliable and will do a great job every time.

I took my Jeep there because it was overheating. They ran some tests and found that the fan cluch wasn't working properly. They suggested an upgrade for the fan so I decided that it wouldn't hurt. The Jeep is running much cooler now. They also gave me a loaner car so I could get to work. I will definitely be back for any other issues that I have.

Nate and his crew have consistently gone above and beyond to make sure I was happy with their work, and somehow do top notch work quickly while often being WAY under what one would expect to pay. BKG has made it clear to me that they don't want my money as much as they want repeat customers for life. Glad to say I am one.

Amazing Shop! Great service and extremely knowledgeable employees.

We were driving back to Canada, from Florida and had an issue with our jeep. The guys came in after hours, diagnosed the problem, ordered our part for us to pick up which was an hour away, down the I-75, and did not charge us a single penny. We were back on the road (with heat) in no time. Restores your faith in humanity when you get treated so amazingly. They did not have to come in as the shop was closed, and then to not charge for the diagnosis and work they did really shows what kind of guys they are. Recommend these guys to anyone and everyone.

The guys at BKG are excellent, honest guys! They have put on my entire lift kit on my Jeep, as well as fixed some other problems I was having with it. If something doesn't seem right, I give them a call and they are usually quick to take a look to see what the problem is! Haven't had an issue that these guys couldn't find a fix!

I will never go anywhere else. I had an amazing experience at Busted Knuckle Garage. I came in for them to simply read my "check engine light" and not only did they fix the problem, and educate me on the issue, but they checked my oil and a few other things since they noticed I drive a lot for work. I just had my GMC Sierra 3500 towed by this company, They were FAST, ON POINT, and did a GREAT JOB towing my baby. Scott towed my parents wrecked car a few days ago, HE was polite, and took the time to make sure no further damage happened to the car when he pulled it onto the rollback. Two instances in just a few days, and 100% great job. They will be fullfilling my towing needs from now on....

I visited Busted Knuckle in December for my inspection, and I'm happy to say I've found my go to auto shop. Everyone was extremely friendly and patient. When it came to telling me what was needed to fix my car/pass inspection, they were honest in what was needed immediately and what could wait. And, to top it all off, their prices are very reasonable. I was extremely happy with the whole experience!

I recently moved to Virginia and was headed back to PA for a family wedding, when my radiator blew up on the trip. Nate and his team squeezed me in that following Monday and repaired my Jeep, and had it ready that day for my 3 hour commute back home. These guys are amazing! Just had them rebuild my '08 tranny, that I actually blew parts apart in, and so far so good. Runs like it used to and that's all I asked for. Super fast service also, couldn't beat the price for the 2 day turn around.
